I think you'll struggle to find any good (strong enough) adjustable 
height trolleys for around £100.

An idea:
Do you need the whole computer to be height adjustable ?
You can get adjustable monitor arms and adjustable keyboard arms fairly 
cheaply (misco etc).
You could then use a cheap (non adjustable desk) and secure the 
adjustable arms to it, so the monitor and the keyboard (if you need a 
keyboard) would be fully height adjustable.

You'd obviously have to look at whether the thing would be strong 
enough, but it might be worth looking at.
