At http://web.seru.sa.edu.au/multimedia.htm I found an Adobe format booklet on Clicker 4

A search at http://www.learninggrids.com/WelcomePage.aspx?siteId=1 for 'flash',  'Macromedia' and 'swf' found no results.

Based on that I assume the answer is NO ! 

http://tlfe.org.uk/clicker/ has files that were originally produced using Clicker 4 but converted to flash format for display on the web.

If I manage to find a conversion programme from flash to Clicker I will let you know.
