I know of:
Northern grid for learning -Senswitcher
http://www.northerngrid.org/sen/intro.htm
Nof modules from ICTS unit 5 -
http://www.inclusive.net/resources/units/units.shtml
Meldreth switch progression -
http://atschool.eduweb.co.uk/meldreth/textandinfo/acces.html
Module 9 AAC pmld curriculum - http://www.scope.org.uk/education/aac.shtml

apologies for those I've missed.

All are mostly similar going from simple cause and effect single action
to switch scanning through intermediate stages of switch choice and
switch timing.

They mostly talk about a progression in switch access but It is not too
difficult to slot in different access devices.
Most are linked with the P levels

The ones on the Scope and the Meldreth sites are developments of each other.

I have a progression that is a further development of them both with a
better fit to the P levels, including supporting activities and includes
pointing devices (mice, touchscreen), but I haven't published it anywhere.
If you would like a copy then email me.
