A client is trying out a head operated mouse device and we would like some

I have a pupil who likes Hammerheads by popcap games. Carnage without 
the violence and blood! You use the mouse to smash garden gnomes! There 
are 10 levels free on the web at

I will also admit to being fond of an odd go at this myself, but the 
targets aren't that large.
