http://www.play.com lists many of the features, most of which seem  
excellent for the amazing price point...

two that stand out as pretty rubbish are the camera and the screen:
Camera Resolution 0.3 Megapixels
Monitor: 7ins (800x480)

can you cast any better light on these?
