I'm using Camtasia for my tutorials but it certainly doesn't match  
your requirements.

It costs $300 but for someone who values their time it can be worth it.

The high sophistication of this product outstrips all other software  
by a country mile!

The number of options can be bewildering though the defaults work  
extremely well see
