Probably the best way ahead that ive seen is to embed playlists into
simple pages of html for students to use 

A teacher can create a playlist around a theme and then the students can
view that list by clicking on it 

If anyone wants to see how this is done - let me know and Ill set up a
short web broadcast for anyone who would like to know more
