[senit] organising staff-made ict resources

any tips for organising staff-made ict resources eg
powerpoints etc (for all curriculum subjects)on a
network for ease of access and updating? Unless there
is a system these tend to be spread across home
folders and public drives. Do you use a front end like
html like Sally's excellent intenet site the
whiteboard room, or excel with cells hyperlinked to
resources or simple folders and subfolders and a list
of content? what tags/fields do you use to describe-
subject,topic,p-level,? How do you know if anyone adds
resources?
