[senit] RE: auditing staff skills in Clicker, WWS,Powerpoint

Anyone work in mainstream secondary or have a good
knowldege of secondary ICT? 
with regard to some of the more advanced skills in
powerpoint that I cited earlier eg

make a simulation or branching story
make counting activity using hyperlinking
animate- motion paths
make powerpoint suitable for switch access

What sort of NC level would these be at ?
Some years ago I was told for instance that "NC level
8-The student must have made a clear and rational
decision on which multimedia authoring tool to use. 
Eg PowerPoint, flash, HTML etc. They have then used
their chosen tool to build a sophisticated information
system which draws on a number of sources and presents
the end user with a clearly developed interface."
Anyone know an approx level for the above powerpoint
activities?
