I may well have missed if others have posted this link to the BBC consultation on SENIT, but in case it hasn't been on yet, and having just responded, maybe my replies to each question could be helpful background. In particular, there is a mention of access for those with sensory or cognitive impairments, but it's in an appendix, and refers to tackling issues within 24 months rather than right at the outset. I'd certainly recommend taking a close look at the BBC pdf of the summary, since you have to have some sort of information about what they are proposing to be able to make sense of the questions.
