Article: [senit] text size and search boxes

In Firefox, there is a plug in named "No Squint". This enlarges the
default size of the text that is displayed on screen. You can also
alter the increments that ctrl + alters.

There are also various themes that can be installed to enlarge the
browser icons. This is a link for a high contrast VI toolbar.

One note of caution, I have experienced difficulties with websites that
use frames i.e. the page split into more than one section to give the
appearance of columns. Not all of the sections are always enlarged.

Subject: [senit] text size and search boxes

hi anyone know how to make the text size in webpage
search engine boxes bigger. This is so students with
SLD who can type will find it easier to search. Have
changed apparent html size parameters in offline
versions of these search pages but doesn't seem to
change the size of text entered into the box.
Ideally the text size would be 48pt and the box height
correspondingly greater than normal.
If you could send me any samples of html as text that
I can copy and paste that would be great or any simple
examples on the web.
thanks
David
