According to No 10 press office  they are 'welcoming' replies, however I wouldn't hold my breath for a response.  I suspect that the responses will be lost in the black ether of cyberspace !!

I had my reply from the PM this morning for signing the petition about road  
charging.  I hit reply and told him about the increased charges that  this 
would put on a service like CENMAC, reduced funding in LEAs, and about the  need 
for specialist support for pupils included in mainstream and the need for  CAP.

Boy did I get it all off my chest and was expecting a returned mail but it  
has not come back.
