The last and latest information on the SENIT meeting at the Bett show 
this week.

There will be a SENIT gathering on Friday afternoon at around 3pm in one 
of the seminar rooms at the
BETT Special needs fringe in the Hilton.

Everyone is welcome, just turn up

Jeff Hughes will report back on that days Becta seminar held "to discuss 
developments in Becta’s approach
to SEN and Inclusion."
Aided and abetted by others who also attended the seminar.
-It will be good to know how Becta plans to play it's new role in 
supporting SEN and ICT.

Sally Pavely has said she will report on the latest developments in the 
Whiteboard room website.

Adam Waits from Abilitynet wants to discuss some work they have been 
asked to carry out by Becta
"Key considerations for accessibility in the procurement of managed ICT 
systems for schools"
He will introduce this and to begin the process of gathering feedback.

Wendy Key Bright who is leading the reactive colours project 
(www.reactivecolours.org) will present some work
from the project -if she's available

Ian Letterick from Iansyst says he hopes to be there and may have a bit 
of interesting technology to show
and tell!

Inclusive technology say they have recently moved offices and 
consequently had a bit of a clear out,
and will give away some ICT hardware/Communicators at the SENIT gathering

Anybody can then also show and tell anything they want,
