Just trawling through earlier emails that I've been trying to catch up on, and Tina's raised a very interesting point about copyright. The company clearly have a reasonable attitude to low level use but quite rightly don't want to see their intellectual property being used by other commercial VLE providers to tick the box for accessibility and then go on to make a big profit all for themselves.
