Do you know which mp3 player she's using? iPod or Creative for example? It makes a difference as they can be accessed from different programs. You could build intellikeys overlays to interoperate with Windows Mediaplayer or iTunes as there are keyboard commands to rip music from a CD and then some more to send them to a device. Do you think she'll be able to cope with the advanced on-screen layout of these programs? Even if she's using an IntelliKeys she's going to need to understand what's happening and the only way to inform her is through the screen. Alternatively you could cobble together some alternative software that's a lot more visually accessible. Perhaps something already exists?
