We dealt with the Ace Centre in Oxford almost all of the time. When 
Becta became involved in an application it turned into a dogs 
breakfast!

I would just comment that as CAP advisors, they must have been very
involved with Becta during that project.

Who will bid for, create a structure for, and build initiatives such

CAP now?
