As Richard says helping people produce the materials they want may be
more beneficial than a mechanical list.
Some things are much more exciting to make, talking books for instance.

I think it's also important to advise collegues about the best software
to do a job.
I think clicker is great but other programs can create talking books
such as switchit maker 2 from inclusive.
OK it doesn't offer the sophistication of clicker but is any easy intro
to talking books, and other activities.

One thing's guaranteed. They'll want to run before they can walk.
