[senit] Difficulties with SAPI 5 voices

Just as a matter of intrest is your laptop a toshiba tablet? because I to  
have a problem with sapi5 that nither I nor the IT boffins can fix, I have  
reinstalled sapi5 and the application software but no luck. next job rebuild the  
whole darn thing.
