Entirely subjective and non-evidence based observation is that the Toby
Churchill eye-blink seems the best, the ERI one seems more fiddly to setup
and mount.

(that might be the one QED sell).  Eye blinks are fiddly to setup but can
work well...  You can mount them on more trendy glasses if need's be.

EMG/EOG (measuring the electrical signals around the eye) is also a option
as a switch input, though probably a secondary option and even more complex
to setup.
