The Ace Centre in Oxford, specifically Mick Donegan
mailto:donegan at ace-centre.org.uk may be help you with this. They are
involved in the COGAIN (Communication by Gaze Interaction) project is a
pan-European project that aims to integrate eye gaze expertise for the
benefit of users with disabilities, focussing on motor-control disorders.

Hope this may help you to get answer to your question.
