There is a huge amount ot be said for flash movies - flash has a bad rep as far as accessibility goes because of its misuse to design webpages but embedded movies can be eaily captioned etc What flash editors do people use - flash mx is not the cheapest of solutions !!! Not only could you have a sign video along as the main story , you could of course have sound explanations and then the text of what was being said. reminds me of with some dubbed foreign films - "Jour de Fetes" comes to mind ( French in the background - English to the fore and now sign language in the corner and text at the bottom and the smell of the farmyard wafting in the the computer ventilation - my it must be 1984 at the feelies) . And much more the limit is your imagination and the time you want to spend. All this can be done in Flash MX and presumably higher versions. Quite amazing stuff ! ! Well perhaps not the smells - version 15 perhaps?
