hi is it possible to dub a video of somone signing

I too would have to recommend using iMovie which comes
bundled for free with Macs. The additional Kudlian software
is excellent.

If you want to save money there are free and very cheap
chroma-key plug-ins for iMovie which would also enable you
to do this.
