[senit] staff training resources

hi anyone know of a product you can buy that gives
worksheets with screen shots on Word, Powerpoint,
windows xp? level about up to and including that of
inserting & formatting wordart/photos/text.Not much
beyond that. Got lots of beginner level staff to train
and more than can give individual tuition to. All need
lots and lots of practice too after training day and
on-going training so anything with a very shallow
learning curve would be good.have made own handouts
but now that is becoming too much work!
