I used to teach the ICT modules of National skills Profile to a group of
post 16 students at a MLD/SLD level some years ago. I can't compare it to
ASDAN as I don't know the syllabus or level of Asdan very well, but remember
that the ICT elements were a compulsory element of the NSP and included a
range of ICT skills modules that could be completed through a portfolio
evidence gathering basis at grades 1, 2 or 3 according to the ability of the

hi does anyone know anything about this? National
skills profile- NSP by OCR I think.
I guess it's a post-16 thing ,maybe like ASDAN? Is it
at a higher level? what sort of level?
I heard that there are a number of modules , including
"IT" and "ICT" . anyone able to enlighten me
on this?
