Following the great success of our first series of Grid 2 Training days, we 
have now booked two more venues:
Tuesday 10th July at The Conference Suite, Upper Pendrill Court, Papworth 
Everard, Cambridgeshire, CB23 3UY
Monday 10th September at the Institute of Child Health, The Wolfsen Centre, 
Mecklenburgh Square, London WC1N
Lunch is provided.
You need to bring along a laptop with Grid 2 running on it (Windows XP or 
better) and we will give you a full licence for that laptop.
The price for the day is only £20, payable on booking.

2.  From Ian Butterworth, butterworth at ace-centre.org.uk  AAC SIG Committee 
member
AAC SIG Meeting, 26th June on AAC Assessment Tools.
This meeting will explore through a series of presentations some of the 
packages and tools available to assess AAC competency, and progression for 
children and adults. In addition there is a presentation by Frenchay 
Communication Aids Centre on wheelchair stability risk assessment. All this 
for just £10.00 or £5.00 for one year's membership and £5.00 for the day. A 
buffet lunch in included. A full programme and application form can be found
