I'd echo Mark's points about the power cable 'release' being a big  
plus from our experience; we've had to replace 3 laptops in the past  
few years due to them having the older style connection (and as we  
all know, you just can't guarantee that laptops with multiple users  
are always adequately charge to not need mains power from time to  
time). It's also very easy to switch between logged in users to  
secure one person's work and move over to the other if that might be  
useful for you too.
We're planning to buy one of the mobile classrooms next year, so I  
can't comment from personal experience on how secure and robust the  
trolley is that Mark's given a link to, but the reason we're buying  
one is because I've felt reassured by the recommendations of other  
people I work with who have used them.
