There seems to be just one announcement for you this week, from Simon Judge
(simon.judge at nhs.net) about the forth coming RAATe conference. 

RAATE 2007 - The UK's main Assistive Technology Conference - is fast
approaching (26th & 27th Nov) and you need to register now to attend.

This week's RAATE announcement is the unveiling of a workshop on 'Evidence
and Outcomes on Assistive Technology' - this will feature well renowned
researchers from Canada, Sweden and the UK and is a unique opportunity.

If this doesn't tempt you there is also a range of excellent training
packages running in parallel on the morning of day 1:  AAC, Accessing
Technology and Paediatric Postural Management.
