you could try some of the Reactive colours activities, some of which are 
activated by Microphone. There are some free resources ate;
www.reactivecolours.org, however, I don't think these can be activiated by 
voice. For the voice activiated activities, Tag Learning are publishing  the 
software as "Reacticles" with a teacher's pack
