I took advice from dave Colvern at The ACE Centre on a related matter and I purchased a plantronics wireless USB mike (for with Dragon DNS as it happens)... not tried them with VOCAs yet but as they are small ((around the ear jobs)....should be easy to mount. (we were looking for mikes to use with a video conference for VOCA users)

Dave C may have done this by now
