I've posted some links on my website (parkroadict) about our plasma  
screens, we decided to buy our most recent 2 from Loxit directly, as  
we knew we wanted fixed installations via wall mountings rather than  
a trolley, but we arranged with them to build it a set distance out  
from the wall so that children in wheelchairs could easily face  
forwards to it and so that those in long sitting position on the  
floor could have their legs out in front whilst still being at a  
comfortable distance in front of the screen itself. The touch  
overlays came from Interactive Technologies (based in Didcot I seem  
to recall).

We ordered the whole setup, screen, mounting and overlay, through  
Icon Computer Solutions in Witney, and I'm sure they'd be happy to  
discuss the package with anybody:
