[senit] ICT task areas for ICT coordinator in Special Ed

interesting!would love to see the development plan of
the "ICT across the curriculum" person at your school-
it's such a big area. However ICT auditing of staff
skills and ICT training has always been part of role
of ICT coordinator in schools I've been in.
