1. Conference - British Dyslexia Association conference assistive technology for Dyslexic children and young people Thursday 8th November 2007 Royal National Hotel, Bedford Way, London WC1H 0DG

Conference themes

*	Dyslexia: its impact on people and how technology can help
*	How assistive technology can raise attainment levels 
*	The role of technology in supporting and improving standards 
*	How assistive technology can help in delivering the 'Every Child Matters' agenda
*	Software for dyslexic children and young people to help build skills for life long learning

The BDA Interactive Exhibition programme with many exhibitors will ensure delegates have the chance to 'taste the technology'.
Mini workshops, key note speakers and a series of seminars, will all be happening on the day.

Who should attend: 
SENCOs, teachers, SEN and ICT advisory teachers, Learning Support Teams, Local Authority School Improvement and Educational Effectiveness teams

Fees (including lunch, teas and coffee)
+AKM-110 (BDA Individual Members)
+AKM-125 non BDA members
Arrival and registration 9.15 am - 10.30am. Conference ends at 4.15 pm.
