[senit] large key keyboard

Does anyone have any suggestions for  a less expensive keyboard option than an expanded keyboard for a young man with impaired motor skills.  He has used an expanded keyboard and joystick,  but would like a less expensive, more portable solution for home use.

 He needs a keyguard and main keyboard functions, but due to being a one handed typist, but needs to be able to delete easily. Has anyone got any experience with the Jumbo keyboard or BigKeys LX?
