[senit] VLEs

hi the date the government wants all schools to "be
making full use of learning platforms by 2010. An
interim goal is for learners in every school to have
access to a safe and secure personal online learning
space by March 2008"-so as the latter has passed, have
any special schools implemented this? Is anyone using
a VLE? Has anyone used the one by inclusive
technology? Can anyone define the difference between a
digital brain type interface as used by LGFL (london
grid for learning) and a VLE like Fronter which will
provide VLE services for the LGFL?
