Steve - assuming that by "bad Link" you mean the Link didn't work rather than you didn't like what was on the other end of it try: http://industry.becta.org.uk/display.cfm?resID=33495 as an alternative - the original relocates to hear and is more repro friendly but seems a bit patchy for some reason. You're right that at less than a year old it is already looking a little dated. We avoided the temptation to do a direct mapping between the functional requirements and the individual WCAG guidelines because we wanted to particularly highlight specs that could be used in offline applications although as these can sometimes be scarce, or less user friendly the 'guideline' style of the WAI approach is a valuable one.
