Hi David Go to File>Package for CD. A window will open and you can mess about with the options, but if you just select Copy to CD, your presentation will play on any machine running Windows 98 or later. However I think some don't have powerpoint at home. Also some have no ICT skills so just including a viewer on the CD (its PPT 2003,windows) wouldnt work for them as i expect it has to be installed.
