Article: [senit] powerpoint on cd

Hi David

Go to File>Package for CD. A window will open and you can mess about with
the options, but if you just select Copy to CD, your presentation will play
on any machine running Windows 98 or later.

Subject: [senit] powerpoint on cd

hello, we have a parents ICT coffee morning and
thinking of giving parents each a CD of powerpoints
with photos of their child to take home. However I
think some don't have powerpoint at home. Also some
have no ICT skills so just including a viewer on the
CD (its PPT 2003,windows) wouldnt work for them as i
expect it has to be installed. Is there some way of
making the CD completely self playing without
installing anything even though powerpoint not on
their computers?
david
