[senit] access to ICT database

hi does anyone keep a database of students' access (to
ICT/Vocas) skills/needs? ie what each student in
school can do with respect to switches etc, and what
their specific needs are with regard to switch
positioning etc? Do you do it in excel or ms access or
in something different? Any chance of you emailing me
a sample file offline to see what it looks like?
