Does anyone know if we're allowed to spend any of our remaining eLCs 
on training?

  We've basically bought what we need for now but would like some help 
in using it properly. I've heard a figure of 20% on "other" things 
(than software or online resources) but I can't get a definitive answer 
on the Curriculum Online website or anywhere else.
