A couple of resources 

www.bbc.co.uk/accessibility has a section on adjustments under Linux
that we wrote for them a while ago 

The same resource also provides part of our elearning course on Linux
and accessibility at www.abilitynettraining.org 

Our searchable database of freeware and shareware does also include some
Linux based resources and of course I would always reference Oatsoft re
any open source solutions (And again the elelarnign course references
that site significantly)
