[senit] music ICT at BETT?

Obvious ones are Music Factory and EJay

Ejay is a composition software which allows you to drag and drop samples
onto a timeline to create music works well with a touchscreen 

It comes with a lot of samples mostly aimed at creating Dance Music 

There is usually a free trial version available from their website
