Hi Alice, Another option to consider could be the Easy Converter software from Dolphin. I know very little about it but saw a demo of it at BETT this week and it looked very user-friendly. If I understood correctly, you could convert a PDF into Braille or audio format. You could also add alt text behind images (for screen readers and the like). I picked up a demo disk, but am yet to run it, I'm afraid. Hope that helps.
