[senit] Becta exec admits mistakes on education IT

If 'they' want to get broadband to every child's home, it's not just the
expense they need to worry about!  In our village new residents cant get
a broadband connection as there are no more slots available at the
telephone exchange - a headteacher who has moved in August still has to
go to her school 7 miles away if she wants to do her her SEF online
