Is the problem that people are turning it off? You can change your power options (in control panel) to "do nothing" under "When i press the power button on my computer. I saw a key operated one somewhere and wondered if these are in use or if anyone has any other ingenious solutions to computers being switched off which does not involve bulky cabinets.
