Required Add-Ins for Firefox
CLiCk-Speak (for Dyslexia)
or FireVox (for blond/low-vision)
gTranslate (right-click language translation)
Map+ right-click mapping of addresses.
 - just Google any of these for the install links -
look through the right-click dictionaries and pick the one you like as well. 

There's also "kicker" or FootieFox for keeping track of football scores and 
ForecastFox for the weather. 

I'd suggest also using it with Google Notebook for stress-free note grabbing 
during online research, and CLiCk-Speak with Google Docs gives you a talking 
word processor for free. 

Yes, it is life changing - for you and your students.
