Sarah's solution won't work for the download activities on the PW site as they are published as executable files. You could play the videos you wanted online then save them from your temporary internet files folder or you could drop me an email and I will happily send you swf versions for use in other programs. I think this is installed automatically if you install the Flash player. You need to include an ActiveX object on your frame(scene etc) and tell it which video to play. This isn't a beginner's task, because you need to know the Flash commands to drive the video.
